Cancellation Policy
Thank you for scheduling an appointment with Le reve! We can’t wait to see you. Your appointment and time are very important to us. We understand things come up and schedule changes may be necessary. We kindly request a 24-hour notice for appointment rescheduling and cancellations. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, we will require a credit card on file prior to booking your next appointment. Our system ensures the safety of all client information. Moving forward any appointment rescheduled or cancelled without 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge for the services booked. No call or no showing an appointment will result in a 100% charge for the services booked.
Exchange/Return Policy
Products can be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase as long as 75% or more of the product is left in its original container. We cannot except exchanges from purchases online or from other salons. Services may be negotiated for refund up to one week after completion.
