Molly Williams graduated in 2019 from the University of Iowa with a degree in Marketing Management. Shortly after, she started at Le rêve Salon and Spa as Salon Manager. She has worked in the beauty industry for about 6 years. Molly loves answering client calls and questions, and being the salon’s go to person.

Molly lives in Homestead with her boyfriend Zach, their Rottweiler puppy, Mango, and beta fish Klaus. Together they love exploring the outdoors and numous parks. Her house is full of house plants, so full her plants have also trickled into the salon.

Why Aveda?
Having a business degree we often talked about sustainability in class, and Aveda came up a few times. After looking at their website and learning about their mission, I fell in love! Growing up I was constantly watching hair and makeup videos on YouTube. I fell in love with Special Effects makeup and my love for the industry only grew from there.
